It's officially fall, complete with cooler weather and the nasty cold and stomach bugs that get passed around this time of year. We use a Wellness Roller with Thieves, Lemon, Frankincense and Oregano Essential Oils. In a 10 ml roller ball add 30 drops Lemon and 15 drops each of Thieves, Frankincense and Oregano. Apply the roller to the bottoms of your feet daily - more often if you are run down or starting to feel sick. You can also use it on your wrists or spine. And if you don't have Oregano, you can leave that out, or replace it with Orange.
